KJ Delivery is a delivery app owned by Kayan Jurdy, based in Lebanon, and developed by SevenKnots. Our mobile application connects customers with local stores, merchants, and delivery drivers for food, groceries, and other goods. The app includes a marketplace feature where users can browse and discover products across categories, as well as intelligent AI-powered features including a smart assistant, personalized recommendations, and AI-enhanced search to help you find exactly what you need.

Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use our app:

• Account information: Name, email address, and phone number provided during registration or Google Sign-In.
• Location data: Your device location to show nearby stores, calculate delivery routes, and enable real-time order tracking.
• Order history: Details of your past orders including items purchased, store information, and delivery addresses.
• Payment information: Payment method selected for each order. We do not store credit card numbers directly.
• Device information: Device model, operating system version, and app version for crash reporting and performance monitoring.
• Usage data: App interactions and analytics to improve our service.

• Google Sign-In — Account authentication
• Google Gemini — AI-powered assistant features

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase cloud servers with row-level security policies that restrict access to authorized users only. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data transmission between the app and our servers.

Location Data

KJ Delivery uses your location to show nearby stores, calculate delivery fees, and provide real-time order tracking. Location data is only collected while you actively use the app. You can disable location access through your device settings at any time, though this may limit some app features.

Push Notifications

We send push notifications to keep you updated on your order status, delivery progress, and occasional promotions. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
